Yes – you heard right – Every Friday and Saturday – Stubby’s does a ‘Prime Grade’ brisket – ( that’s the highest grade of brisket u can buy! ) AND our amazingly larger than life beef ribs.
‘Prime Grade’ means it is the tenderest, savoriest ( is that a word? ) brisket you have EVER had the pleasure of enjoying this side of the Mississippi! ( Prime Grade is the highest mark of the choice cuts. It’s the most expensive cut and with more marbling suspended within the lean meat )
