At Stubby’s BBQ, we’re bringing back the beef rib in epic style — one bone at a time. These aren’t your average ribs… they’re prehistoric. Towering. Massive. We’re talking “steak on a bone” big. The kind of BBQ you need to see (and smell) to believe.
Each beef rib is slow-smoked for 12 to 14 hours overnight alongside our legendary brisket and pork. It’s a labor of love, smoked low and slow over our blue ember pit, letting the flavor seep into every juicy bite. When it hits your plate, you’ll understand why people are calling ahead and whispering three sacred words: “Do you have ribs?”
🔥 What to Expect
One giant bone.
But what a bone. Each one is $22 and packed with fall-off-the-bone, smoky, beefy glory. Some say it’s like carving a ribeye roast. Others just stare in awe.
First come, first served.
We only make 4 to 6 slabs a day, which means just 12 to 18 ribs per day. Once they’re gone, that’s it till next weekend.
